Why isn't GMail updating since weeks in Android?

Have been seeing the same description for ages, why don't Gmail team mention on what they updated? Even when layout of Gmail was changed, it wasn't mentioned.

Atleast other's in Google LLC have "Fixed performance issues and bugs"

How important is it to update? The description of the update has been same for years. Sometimes, 1 hour after updating they ask me to update again 🤷

Does anyone else experience the same while scrolling, liking and commenting on post?

When I say a big company, I mean $50B+ market cap. I think PMing at a smaller scale is much more intense in terms of work load. You are constantly doing a lot of 0-1/1-10/10-100.
