What are the benefits that Wipro employees get? Do they get performance bonuses, Health insurance, etc.? can anyone give me a brief about the Wipro employee benefits?
Wipro’s employee benefits are pretty cool! First off, they’ve got medical insurance that covers me, my spouse, and my kids. Oh, and if I want to add my parents, there’s an option for that too. On top of all this, they dish out yearly performance bonuses, which is a cherry on a cake types deal. Plus, there’s a pension plan to keep things sorted for the future. Pretty cool, right?
Hey! You get medical coverage for your fam, and if you wanna add your elderly parents, there are extra plans for that too. Plus, there are performance bonuses, retirement plans, and life insurance—basically the standard Wipro perks. Oh, and I think they’ve got some wellness programs too, but not 100% sure on that.
I am working with Wipro. Let me clearly tell you, if you are ready for no work-life balance, come to Wipro. you will get many benefits like performance incentive system, complete health insurance cover for both employees and their families, 22-25 leaves, good salary, appraisal etc.. But you will never get a positive work-life balance. Think before you join.
