Wipro hike 2024

I know that Wipro hike in 2024 happened in September as one of my roommates works there. The hike was based on merit and he received an 8% salary hike which was great as last year employees got 6% pay raise. This increment was much needed as my roomy was feeling demotivated for a long time. He actually kind of gave up on getting appraisal, but then he gave me this exciting news. I’m so happy for him! Yaaay!

Wipro hike was given in September! I’ve been working in Wipro for quite some time now, but there have been increment issues going on for quite some time. Anyway, we got the increments on a merit basis and I received a 7% increment. Some of my colleagues have got 8% increment, I’m happy about it because last year I got only a 4% hike. I guess if I keep working hard they will acknowledge my potential and give me a better raise. Let’s hope for the best.
