With base pay + Stocks vesting over 4 years, How to mention CTC to recruiter ?

If I have a base pay of 10 lakhs and I got stocks 10 lakhs vesting over 4 years, how do I mention my CTC ?

Do I mention

1.) 10 + 10 = 20 Lakhs(cause I may get similar amount of stocks from next year)

2.) 10 + 2.5 = 12.5 lakhs ?
