Hybrid model, 3 days a week.
Isn’t this true for almost all the companies? Except some US based tech startups, most of the big companies moved to hybrid model!

I just hope that it stays hybrid. Can't imagine how tiring it must be to go to the office 5 days a week

Does this applies to ggn office also?

To each his own

In a recent townhall at Amazon headquarter, the employees asked the top management to present data if they have with respect to WFO mandate. They only have those repetitive answers i.e. collaboration, motivation etc.. Read this article with a large dataset that gives the answers from CEOs across industries about WFH

I blame the engineers. Mfs get fat stacks, work for 2 hours a day and brag about it on social and media.

Honestly workers throughout the world should form a union and go on strike for a week, bring the orgs to their knees and get agreement on 1-2 days WFO is enough.
Of course corporate employees backstab each other and don't stick together like labor unions but one can dream.

Mandatory hybrid from next year in Quantiphi as well.
