Working from last 8 years in a startup, when it was in incubation state

So I have been working in a startup when it was in its incubation state, I completed my graduation and for placed in 2 Service based company (Accenture and Aricent) from college. But I got this offer from startup to work as Android developer which I liked the most at that time so I joined it at higher package offered by campus placement. Here I have learnt a lot from Android, iOS development then built Flask and react based sales management tool. After that I worked on QT Creator and Win32 Api based pc apps, Now working on machine learning and Gen AI applications. But I think I have ruined my career as I do not have expertise ina single domain them like others think it. Whenever I apply they ask me what is your expertise I know I can work on anything and learn anything to build something from scratch. I have never switched, since I loved working on new things. What should I do? How to project myself?
