Only Microsoft employees can do this because they do mass diversity hiring, and these are capable of only making reels and nothing else. They will never know what struggle it generally takes to make into a good company. Shitty reservations and shitty people.
Oh boi! This is so much bullshit, in almost all of these bullshit vlogs, the work percentage is severely low and they are mostly around all those flashy perks and office artifacts instead of the real code or any real work. That's just not how most of us spend our days... The days are spent in coding, meetings and some food. That is it.
