A lot of startups are based out of Mumbai. Nothing wrong about it. Once you’re big and have more employees and need to fight for talent, switch to Bangalore/NCR/Hyderabad
The only reason someone would do this is for the founder wants to buy a villa in Koramangala and prove his founder image.
I've heard the work culture in zepto is not very nice wrt product designers, I wanted to really put in cold mails and get in there but I'm not sure about it, any thoughts on it?
