So today I received an offer from a startup that is giving me a pretty good 50% jump on my current base. It's not a well-known startup but during my interview i noticed certain red flags, the way they were interviewing, very arrogant and got a lot of micro-managing vibes from them, expect designs to delivered very quickly. While the money is very good, I'm skeptical if I should accept it or not? What would you guys do in such a situation? I am working currently

I've been looking for jobs for 1.8 years now and I've never received any calls from recruiters for the position I've applied to. I've got my resume checked/reviewed multiple times. I got an offer in a company and I worked there for 2 months in probation period(They have 6 months probation). Now, I got a better offer. So I resigned. But they are denying me the relieving letter. Also the official resignation mail I sent was from office email, to which I don't have access now. And the company where I got the offer now demands some kind of proof with company logo and seal on it. The old company is denying to give any document whatsoever. What should I do? Please help 🙏

Guys & gals, I've been put on 3 months notice. Been working from home, my company (a startup) suddenly wants me to come to the office but I can't relocate immediately due to financial & familial responsibilities, so they're laying me off. I have 2.5 yoe with Angular, but am extremely interested in learning other tech too (React/Vue/any other frontend framework, mobile dev with React Native/Ionic, Node/Go for backend). I'm confident that I'll be able to pick stuff up quickly with a bit of time & support. Prefer WFH but I'm open to relocation if the offer is good enough. Would appreciate any leads 🙏 I'm the sole earner in the family and the news has shaken me up mentally. Things are tense at home because of the strained finances.
