At least someone help pls. I'm in desperate need of employment. Pls I'm begging.

I've been applying for over 1.8 years. I've faced over 7000 rejections. I've never received calls from recruiters for the roles I've applied to. I really need a job, urgently need a job pls. It really feels like I'm begging. No one helps on LinkedIn, Fishbowl. And I've been applying for jobs through various platforms like instahyre, simplyhired, cutshort, wellfound, indeed, naukri, Glassdoor. But I'm not getting any calls. I've only received a few calls from naukri. And from that too only a few were genuinely scheduled for an interview. And why do recruiters ghost and treat candidates like they are expendable. Victoria's Secret, Upland, Nielsen, and Morgan Stanley cancelled the role. I cleared all the rounds with them and I was told that HR will reach out with an offer and was asked for a joining date as well. But after months of follow-up they cancelled the role. And then ghosted and no response. Also, I've always received the same automated email, we have moved forward with another candidate. But the role remains open.. companies like Virtusa, Nasdaq, S&P 500, Flipkart, Amex, Wells Fargo, Victoria's Secret, Paychex, Myntra, Meesho, and many more have been doing the same thing, I believe these are ghost positions. Initially I was applying to roles that aligned with my experience and skills. But now I'm applying to every role, even roles like customer support, driver, sales boy, etc. I am in urgent need of a job. And yes, I do customise the resume based on JD. And why is it that companies like Airtel, Amex, Paypal, Wells Fargo, Phonepe, etc ask for mandatory experience in banking, payments, or insurance but they shamelessly hire folks with non IT and MBA background jusy because they are from IIT. Why this double standard? And yes, I do customise the resume based on JD.

I've been looking for job for a year now. Though I did join a company last year. I did settle for a company temporarily and because of the experience I had during onboarding and during this last one year, I've been proactively looking for jobs but I've failed to get shortlisted in every company where I applied. I have not even received call from Naukri.com or any job portal. Now only a fews weeks remain for me to become unemployed completely. 4 years of experience in product. However I am willing to change the domain and industry as well. Current fixed compensation is 20 lakhs. I urgently need a job. Thanks.

Guys & gals, I've been put on 3 months notice. Been working from home, my company (a startup) suddenly wants me to come to the office but I can't relocate immediately due to financial & familial responsibilities, so they're laying me off. I have 2.5 yoe with Angular, but am extremely interested in learning other tech too (React/Vue/any other frontend framework, mobile dev with React Native/Ionic, Node/Go for backend). I'm confident that I'll be able to pick stuff up quickly with a bit of time & support. Prefer WFH but I'm open to relocation if the offer is good enough. Would appreciate any leads 🙏 I'm the sole earner in the family and the news has shaken me up mentally. Things are tense at home because of the strained finances. Been applying from the past 2 weeks but no calls yet (early I know, but still). At this point I'll take any opportunity to keep afloat.

Hey folks from some couple of months trying to reaching out with friend connection for HR vacancy but all are being no reaponse once a period there was where i was trying helping them to land a job for them now i am jobless sitting at home applying contacting all for HR vacancies through linkedin naukri indeed but no response. Very disappointing for me not a getting single refer from anyone. Guys if anyone has any opening in his organization whether it is startup or mnc or mid level company plss comment me plss need some favour from grapevine colleagues. I have 1 YOE in HR currently looking for Bengaluru Pune hyderabad and Mumbai location. Plss guys any lead will greatly appreciated. Thanks Sahil
