Corporate catfishing? More companies are posting realistic job listings that don't exist. Companies doing this are trying to trick employees into thinking the company is growing and that they are hiring more workers to alleviate their workload. This is not only manipulative, but immoral. If you want to increase productivity and alleviate stress in your office, start by showing appreciation for your employees and encouraging them. Share some companies you might know that have been doing this.

Profile- 4 YOE, B.Tech from old IIT I started looking for new roles towards the end of June, and it took me approximately two months to get an offer letter. My skillset in a niche technical area helped me to get this offer. My advice to folks looking for a job, focus on your strengths and do not get discouraged. It's brutal out there, but you need only one job. Stay focused.

I am seeing lots of jobs post on LinkedIn from various companies and when u apply to them there is no call back or any update from them. I am now like confused if those post are even true or not? Anyone face/observe this

Hi all, can anyone please tell me how to find jobs in the software industry. I am currently looking for a job for about 1 month and have applied to 100+ jobs still not receiving anything. Received one call from a company and cracked the interviews, too. HR told me that I was selected after that ghosted me. It's becoming really hard seeing people getting jobs, and here I am not getting a single interview call. I am also Knight in Leetcode and have around 1.9 years of experience. I am spending hours applying with all the right approaches (reaching out people directly on LinkedIn, referrals, maintaining great profile) reaching out to co-founders, founders directly getting almost 0 responses. In the past couple of months I have given multiple interviews where the interviewer said that they are good to go for the next round as the interview went well but the recruiter keeps ghosting. I am not sure where I am going wrong?

Hi Grpeviners, I've given so many interviews. Qualified technical rounds for many but have been ghosted several times. Like the HR stops receiving my calls or they say at the end that sorry we want someone to join within 45 days. Sometimes they say, sorry we got some candidate from our organization and list is never ending. I feel very disheartened due to this ongoing scenario. Why is this happening to me, what should I improve in myself? Am I out of budget, notice period? Please help!

Hello guys; I have been actively applying to job/internship openings on LinkedIn (It might have reached 50+ by now) but what I get is either they ghost me, or reject me. There's only 1 or 2 companies where I actually received a response but even they ghosted me after submitting practice assignment. Also; the rejection mail of each company is the same so I am starting to think that most of the jobs are automated by bots or something. Can anyone suggest an active job search platform where employers post the role with the intention to hire employees, even look through the candidate's resume and respond instead of ghosting?

I'm actively searching for SDE-2 roles for more than 2 months now. I have 2+ yrs of experience. From almost all the companies I'm getting rejected at resume level itself even tho I'm having relevant experience. Any tips on how to fastrack this and get interview calls?
