Looking for recommendations where HR's reply is faster/processing of application is faster.

Hey guys. I’ve been searching for jobs on LinkedIn for a while now, there’s either no response or a template rejection. Does job search through LinkedIn work or not? If not, please suggest other effective ways- considering the market now and the layoff volumes. Thank you!

My college doesn't have campus placements. I've applied at so many places, naukri.com, indeed, upwork, internshala, LinkedIn but I haven't heard back from anyone. My resume is fine. I have a little bit of prior experience. But I keep getting ghosted everywhere. Any help?

I'm 24 year old unemployed. I graduated in 2021 with BTech IT from tier 3 college. Initially I was preparing for UPSC exam but I gave up after few months and now for a year I have been learning Front End Development and have learnt HTML, CSS, JS & ReactJS but unable to find a job. I made a lot of mistakes in past and didn't learned from them. I'm not good at anything. I apply daily at different platforms ex: wellfound (formerly angellist), hirist, hirect, instahyre, cutshort, individual mass hiring companies off campus but from nowhere I'm getting interview call even if I get call I'm not able to clear interview. Now the thing is my parents gave me ultimatun to get out of the house by April 1st they don't care what type of job I do. I don't understand what can I do now. I'm willing to do hardwork and learn from my mistakes I just need little guidance to get on a track. If anyone can guide me on how to get a job or any advice. I would really appreciate it. I recently enabled open to work on my profile, Got immediate responses from recruiters, They show so much interest saying “ Your skill set, experience is amazing and this is exactly what we are looking at our company, please share your resume and we can take this forward “ I get all hyped and share my resume, and I get no response back. Almost 5-10 recruiters have ghosted me like this. I follow up multiple times asking for any update. And I get no response. They don’t even say “ I have forwarded your profile to the HM and we’ll get back to you “ Some of my friends are also facing the same issue. I’m a product designer with 11+ yoe, if anyone here can refer me it will be really helpful 🙏

I must have applied for dozens of jobs on LinkedIn job portal. At times companies don't reply or I mostly get automated rejection emails. PS - I'm someone with more than a decade and a half experience. So my target roles are a little senior.

Hi Grpeviners, I've given so many interviews. Qualified technical rounds for many but have been ghosted several times. Like the HR stops receiving my calls or they say at the end that sorry we want someone to join within 45 days. Sometimes they say, sorry we got some candidate from our organization and list is never ending. I feel very disheartened due to this ongoing scenario. Why is this happening to me, what should I improve in myself? Am I out of budget, notice period? Please help!

Does applying for jobs in different company websites, LinkedIn or naukri really work? Has anyone received call that way? Have been trying to switch since two months and applied for a lot of them, got only one call that too from naukri after recruiter visited my profile on their own.
