Have 4.5+ years of product experience in e-commerce, IoT space. Finding difficult to even get interview calls. Is there anyone else who is struggling too? What are the measures are you taking? Any advice?

So, my intern period ends this month. They said they are going to convert me to full-time, but the problem is I researched and found that full-time time salaries are almost equal to intern stipends(20k) . I started applying a while ago on linkedin, career , etc, etc, but I have got no responses. I really want myself to have a offer by the month end. or atmax in a 2-3 months. What should I do? Please suggest an action plan.

Profile- 4 YOE, B.Tech from old IIT I started looking for new roles towards the end of June, and it took me approximately two months to get an offer letter. My skillset in a niche technical area helped me to get this offer. My advice to folks looking for a job, focus on your strengths and do not get discouraged. It's brutal out there, but you need only one job. Stay focused.

Hey people I have genuine doubts and want your suggestions i have applied to PwC positions so many times and have not gotten any response like nothing at all like not even a no should I do something about it and what should I do its tiring sometimes i think about going to office and directly having a convo to them 😅 or maybe contacting the Hr i applied with experience and all the qualities and responsibilities matched even then no reply not even no. Please help me out it is so frustrating.

Hello! I am an entrepreneur who has 4+ years of relevant experience as a business analyst and of Product Manager. I am looking for a PM opportunity, as I could not scale my venture. My experience was majorly focused in the growth domain with e-commerce and SaaS projects. I have completed a couple of PM courses to brush up my knowledge. I have applied for 200+ companies in the past month, but did not hear back from anyone. Kindly share any advice so I can upskill myself more effectively. Also please share some insights on how I can get referrals from my network.

What has worked the most for you in getting your job application shortlisted? Please share your ways cause I am literally STRUGGLING Currently I am trying below things 1. Regularly updating naukri (activity level is good but very few HRs directly contact. Few send invites but ghost later on) 2. So basically like every time I see a job vacancy I do apply for it.. But I'm not sure why I never get any calls back Or mails and these days I only see vacancies where they want only experienced people like more than 5 or 10.. I mean...where am I going wrong in this job hunt... I'm having 2 yrs of exp where I have wasted 1 yr being in bench so I could say I didn't get a lot of insight for my yrs of exp.... I'm actively searching for SDE-2 roles for more than 2 months now. I have 2+ yrs of experience. From almost all the companies I'm getting rejected at resume level itself even tho I'm having relevant experience. Any tips on how to fastrack this and get interview calls?

I was recently impacted by layoff and having 20yrs of exp into application support and service management with last 10yrs grown into a middle management role(limited tech hands-on and no dev experience nor CS background) While I am financially ok atm and can manage staying at home for next 12-24 months, I am not financially independent yet. its getting too boring and I want to get back into some sort of work routine as I am keen on retirement yet. Challenges I am seeing with finding a new opportunity: - The job market seems to be quite restricted for senior roles with that experience - Few that came across were at a substantial low salary. - Some others required significant hands-on experience Thought process:: - While salary is not a major concern, I am not sure if I makes sense to take a pay cut. - Given the speed of tech changes, not sure what kind of learning/certification would be helpful - Even if I do tech self-learning, lack of practical hands-on seems to be a drawback - At 40+ while I am open to work hard and learn, i view is to find a job and learn into it , rather than other wat round Any guidance/pointers would be appreciated. As would any leads/introductions on suitable opportunities you know of.

Need a senior advice, I have recently graduated with a cs related degree and constantly applying for jobs but have no luck it's almost one month, and tbh I must get a job this month and I am stressed about it I have the skills needed for the market still have no luck in finding a job, cold-emailed, and DM'ed to the employees working in the company I'm applying for. Didn't even get a single response from them Don't know what to do . I know many people got jobs even during this rough recession . I really wonder how they have passed this stage . It's really stressful and exhausting
