I am spending hours applying with all the right approaches (reaching out people directly on LinkedIn, referrals, maintaining great profile) reaching out to co-founders, founders directly getting almost 0 responses.

What should I do? have been mentally drained losing confidence on myself, not able to concentrate on anything
it's not you, don't lose confidence.
you are maintaining expectations carried over from the bubble. what you are experiencing is the job market reverting to norms.
finding a job has always been a tough grind except for 2017-2022. keep at it.
