I am 24 yrs old male, with 2.5 yrs of exp in Product management. Started as Product analyst and currently an APM with a b2b startup.
Comp: 23Lpa(22fixed) Education: Tier 1(IIT) undegrad
I am stuck in my current company. I don’t really enjoy the work as its more inclined towards firefighting and satisfying clients requirements on a regular basis. I am trying to make a switch but due to some or the other reason not getting an offer.
I am good in my job and have learnt how to manage my daily work routine but don’t see any value creation in the long term
Also, i feel the hiring process is too heavy and draining. Companies take me to last rounds and then ghost.
Don’t know what to do, whom to talk abt this. Can someone pls suggest something. Need some genuine advice pls
If you were able to reach till.last round and then not getting offer it means you are not getting through behavioural round of companies or culture fitment is not happening.
Consult a job coach who can analyse your interviews and advice you how to get through those fitment round
Bro i believe most of the times companies are finding candidates at a lesser compansation ask and immediate joining
Don't lose focus, keep applying & appearing for interview like a routine work and try for multiple request for feedback from recruiters after process and maybe create a doc to maintain them.
Any idea if i am fairly paid. I think for my YOE and background comp should be higher
