I'm a 2024 grad. I have two offers in my hand. One is from HCL - Graduate Engineer Trainee (ServiceNow role) - 6LPA and another is Amazon - Transport Specialist - Non IT - 3.6 LPA. I know you guys would say opt for the highest one. But my point is, I have good technical skills, so I'm thinking about taking the Amazon offer and shifting to a tech role from internal openings within Amazon after some period of time. Kindly provide me the correct path. Also correct me if I'm wrong. Thank you.

Anyone having any insights to AMD project of HCL technologies? Wanted to know about the work culture and learning scope

In the past month HCLTech has hired over 6000 freshers for government subsidies and other tax benefits under the name of “creating employment”. And in these hiring people with zero skills are hired on base package of 3-4LPA. Now since this is an over hiring and they can’t lay off the newly hires. They started this micromanaging technique of mandatory 12 days ( 3 days in a week ) and 8.5 hours of laptop time tracked and those who aren’t adhering this even by 2-3% are being asked to put down the PAPER !! Now the managers are literally micromanaging on everything and finding ways to kick out peeps. Even the ones who are putting down the paper are being kicked out in a week or two. No notice period. Internal Politics is crazy right now and situation is bad.

I was in focus in HCL but my process is completed but the portal has not been updated. So I am not sure if I am safe or not ? Should I tell my Manager about maternity leave or how can I get the process completed on the tool ? Please suggest

I am having offers from 1. Senior consultant Deloitte india with 26 lpa fixed (including gratuity) and including variable & insurance it's 29.1 2. Lead consultant HCL with 27.5lpa fixed ( including gratuity) + 4 lakh variable. Total 31.5 CTC 3. C2 manager band Capgemini with 28 lpa fixed + 3lakh variable total 31lpa Please suggest which one should I join. I am from sap ABAP + successfactor background
