I have googled , found a Technical program manager and product manager as new profiles. Whats all are your views on these 2 profiles in terms of growth as work and remuneration both

I have job offers coming from Accenture. However, I don't know why, I don't feel attracted or pulled towards that firm for some reason. My mind somewhere sees it as a company that is inferior to Deloitte or any other Big Fours, and if I'm switching I would always go for something at a same level or higher than Deloitte. Maybe that mentality is what is causing this. People who have been through Accenture or are a part of Accenture. I need your personal opinion about this company, and maybe that will help clear out any wrong notions I have in my mind.

I recently got placed as an SDE through on campus placements drive and am currently in my 7th sem. Degree - Btech Branch - CSE CGPA - 8.5+ Sem - 7th My joining is from next year. I have some time before joining which I really want to give to development and some other skills . I don't really want to waste any more time on academics as it hasn't helped at all ( apart from interview shortlisting due to good CGPA ). Will CGPA matter at all when I'll have to switch to a better company? If yes, should I focus on academics and improve my CGPA? Most of you are much more experienced than me so would want to know your take on this?
