Should I switch to accenture?

Hi everyone, I received an offer from Accenture today with the following breakdown: • Fixed: 9.4 LPA • Variable: 1.97 LPA (21%) • Total CTC: 11.3 LPA • Level: 10 Currently, I’m working at TCS with a CTC of 7.9 LPA (1 LPA variable) and have 2.5 years of experience. Would you recommend accepting the offer from Accenture or staying with TCS? Any advice on this would be really helpful! Thanks!

I witnessed smth in Google which convinced me that WITCH companies can solve the problem of 'perennial problem of unemployable graduate'.

In Google Bangalore office, my team has few WITCH employees on contractual basis having salaries in range of 5-6 lakhs with work experience of 2-4 years. While permanent Google employees are not allowed to use o1 models on official laptop, WITCH employees have no such constraints. In last 3-4 days, WITCH employees are outperforming few permanent Google employees (having salaries in range of 60 lakhs to 1 crores) of my team. This has convinced me that once Orion, Gemini 2 (embedded with Alpha zero, Alpha proof technique) etc. is released within year end, most dedicated WITCH employees (having salary of 5 lakh rs. ) can contribute in software development more than FAANG employees not using these AI tools.

Suggestion for switch

I joined tcs as fresher in dec 2021 with 3.36LPA. i was on bench for 1year later in feb 2023 got a call from a manager for allocation. She told me my role will be shell script developer. I accepted to join the project and later came to know it is a legacy project in which there is no development from 5 years. I have gained little knowledge in my project on linux, apache installation, apache oidc module authentication, weblogic , and sql. By this dec i will be having 3years of experience and i couldn't justify myself what i have done. I cleared wings 1 digital exam in this may cycle and currently ctc is 8LPA ( incentives depends on appraisal band ). I am interested in front end so i learnt mysql and html/css and currently learning ReactJS. Should i continue learning React and complete some projects like cloning websites. What are the chances for switch with the react knowledge for a 3 years exp. should i continue my learning try switch on React or switch with apache, linux and weblogic knowledge? Please add your thoughts on this...

Need tips on Job switch and interviews.

I have recently applied for 5 different companies, and it's the very first time I'm going to be switching. Any tips for how I should go about negotiating in interviews and what happens if I'm not happy with the compensation they are offering. Should I still get the offer letter and keep it with me to ask for higher than what the first company offered? Any general tips will help. Thanks.

Should I make a switch if I'm getting a title change and 25% hike in the next company?

Hi folks, So, I am working in a product company as an SDE 1 with 2YOE (2022 grad) in Bangalore with mostly proprietary tech and my fixed pay is 13.5LPA. I joined my current company in November last year. The work here was good but now the team is being moved to a new project which is more like consulting and working on the customer project migrations. Now, I've got an offer from an HR TECH COMPANY in Noida as a Senior Software Engineer and the hike on fixed is 25%. I wanted your advice on whether I should make the switch? The Glassdoor reviews are bad in terms of job stability there but I asked one of my friend's connection and they said the situation is not bad now, the work on the other hand is based on Java & Spring Boot which has my interest. The job stability in my current company is good and the benefits apart from pay is also good here. Increments will happen in October, I’m not expecting a promotion this time but I’m expecting a 15-20% increment. Please give your suggestions
