I’ve heard about the loss & acquisition, also know that there were layoff some months ago., is it worth joining now?

After acquiring Thyrocare, Marg, Aknamed, Medlife and few more, is set to get acquired by Manipal

Just heard from my seniors layoffs are know happening at pharmeasy . Already happened once in dec. Dont know whether i am secure or not .
