What is the typical salary for business Analyst/senior business analyst at Phonepe. What should i ask/expect if my current ctc ~11 LPA (3.5+ yoe)?

Asking for urgent guidance/help.. I have an offer from above 3 companies for their Analytics team and need to make decision in next 3 days The offer numbers are more or less same with 10% deviation so not a decision factor for me right now.. Need inputs on following factors to simplify my decision to join - 1) Team culture, My current Org. has very stressful and bad culture. So, looking for some good place to join where the team and Manager are Atleast supportive and will help in career progression 2) Build business and Product understanding, My seniors have suggested to get as much knowledge and exposure to business and product as possible and this one is very imp. in long term 3) Best tech stack, Good to have but not necessary : Want to work on some new and relevant tech stack to be relevant in constantly changing market. (Unsure if exposure to GenAI and LLMs are good to have in analytics career path And finally if any Org./leadership/manager related comments one can suggest that would be helpful too… this is a very important decision for me and my career growth and would like to stay with this for next few years for sure..

Just curious to know how big is engineering and product team manages UPI at major UPI Players like PhonePe, PayTm, BharatPe, Google Pay, CRED, Slice, Navi, Fampay, MobiKwik, etc. - Just product and engineering team (not counting business/ CX/ FinOps) - Just UPI Division and not bill payments, insurance, etc.

Anybody having any idea regarding the number of interview rounds for PhonePe for category analyst - payments ?

How is PhonePe in recent times? Any positive things or news to share? I got so many bad reviews already before joining them :/
