I've had a deeply disappointing experience with Razorpay's Business Engineering team. The internal politics and toxic work environment, particularly driven by the VP of Business Engineering, have created a very unhealthy culture. Instead of fostering collaboration and innovation, the leadership has cultivated a space where favoritism and backstabbing thrive. This has severely impacted team morale and productivity. It's incredibly frustrating to see potential stifled by such poor management practices. I hope they take serious steps to address these issues and improve the work environment for their employees.

Hi everyone, I have a SDE offer from Razorpay. I have worked previously at amazon for 1 year. My team at both Razorpay and amazon is kind of new from what I have heard. I am not sure about the work culture at Razorpay, but lately I have read a lot of negative comments about razorpay in this app. At glassdoor, people are giving 5/5 rating to Razorpay. I am not sure about it. Can someone tell me how the work culture is at Razorpay? Are there frequent pips and how is the work life balance? Thanks.
