I ordered something and got a message from Shiprocket that the delivery had been booked with them The tracking however takes me to Bluedart Are they a liasoning shipping platform? Why aren’t companies choosing Bluedart directly? Do they offer great discounts? How are they surviving working like this?

I use shiprocket as our delivery partner but most of the time our small business has to pay for weight discrepancies and for most RTOs (which on real ground it shouldn’t, as we do follow the guidelines and give our best information possible [complete transparency]) (One incident about RTO was such that my client was in his office campus and yet the delivery person didn’t deliver the goods and said the client was not available and nor did answer the call. At the same time, i did made a call and enquire about the same with the client to which i got to know that client was in the campus and he didn’t receive any calls!) If anyone from you can suggest us any delivery partner we will be helpful to you!
