Currently serving NP in Capgemini but since I have joined this project back in Jan, since then management is torturing me as I confront them for biased situation since starting. But now as I am serving they are torturing in every possible way, giving much work load though others are enjoying. What if I clearly say that I won’t do new work, I will only give KT as I am NP so what could be consequences? Will they mention anything wrong in my experience letter or give me any character certificate? Please share your thoughts, really need advice as can’t take torture now :(

What to do nowwwwwww?

I implemented a small machine learning solution, and suddenly I'm leading our AI strategy. The problem? I'm barely one step ahead of everyone else. Has anyone else become a reluctant 'expert' in something at work? How do you manage expectations and imposter syndrome?

I totally got stressed out i am not at all intrested in IT Job,I have 3.8 years of job, till now i didnt wrote any code that got pushed to production, but i am good with my DSA skills I have done around 300+ problems. I feel too much lazy while doing the job I feel very stressed in the morning while waking up in week days. Totally f**ked up with this life style, but i know that the only way i can make money is doing this job

How did you react to it? Were you depressed? How life has changed post that ?
