Don’t ever join Tekion frontend job. First of all they will hand over intel MacBook Pro and they follow mono repo. You will keep waiting to run their repository and there are only 2 things table manager and form builder. You won’t learn anything new. And they are using HOC composition patterns which no company uses these days. Just for single thing you will have to fight with codebase for whole day. For god sake shift to modular coding style. 🙏🙏 Waiting for my offer from other company. Won’t even serve notice period here. Worst company ever in my life. 🙏🙏🙏

Hi Everyone I got an offer from Tekion corp, Bangalore for SDE-2 role. Fixed- 22 Lpa Bonus- 2 Lpa RSU- 6000 Unit Total TC Offered - 24 LPA (22+2) (Not considering stock option for now as its value is 0 as of now) Yoe - 3.7 years (almost 4) Current company am working - A product based startup organization. Current Tc - 15 Lpa (all fixed) Please review if anyone have any idea regarding it and is it worth considering Tekion among this market scenario? Any idea if Tekion Corp India is remote? I saw a role as remote, even the HR confirmed it is remote. But I see a lot of folks going to office. I'm confused what that's about.

Recently I gave an interview for an sr software quality engineer. What should I ask for CTC wise not sure how much my ask should be. Round 1: selected Round 2: selected Round 3: With Hiring Manager selected HR negotiation: that's what is left. ________ I also gave an interview for serviceNow. For IC2 | SQA Round 1: Selected. Round 2: it's Tomorrow. I'm positive I can clear this as well. Any suggestions/advice about what my pay should look like is welcome. Also additionally any tips on the types of questions asked in round 2 of serviceNow are welcome. Thanks guys!

I've received an offer from Tekion for an SDE 2 role where they are giving me a total of 6000 stock units, but actual value of these stocks is not mentioned. It would be really helpful if anyone working there could give me an estimated worth of these ESOPS.

I have recently left Tekion and was considering executing my ESOPs. For executing my ESOPs I need to pay around $3.5 per esop to the company. Should I convert my esops to equity? Am looking for some advice from the folks who might have done this in the past.

I’m expecting an offer from Tekion soon for a SDE 2 role. Just wanted to get the range of their SDE 2. Current TC: 14 (fixed) + 2 (performance) YOE: 2.8 (including 1 year internship) I have an offer from Meesho (but SDE 1 role) as well where fixed is 21 and 18 ESOPS.
