Don't know specifically for engineers, but wlb is really fxcked up
If you go to an established team like Accounting, Retail ARC then its pretty chill If you go to Platform or any New Product Team then it would need a lot of work but would give great learnings WLB is pretty chill apart from Platform Team, it is only bad for people having On Call duty because you need to be available at night as most of the customers are active in US
