Ultrahuman

Hi all, I am looking to sell my Ultrahuman ring. I bought it a few months back but I realized that it is redundant for my lifestyle as I already have an Apple Watch to keep track of my fitness. Don't get me wrong, the ring is pretty good to keep track of overall lifestyle (sleep, stress, caffeine intake, etc), but not great to keep track of exercises. I am thinking of buying the Ultrahuman Ring for tracking my health and sleep data. Has anyone here tried it? Need feedback on its accuracy and meaningful insights that it can provide.

I keep getting a lot of ads from Ultrahuman, HealthifyMe etc about their CGM sensors. Does it really help to lead a fitter lifestyle or is it a thing to try just once?

Has anyone used ultrahuman ring and what is your review on same ? worth investing or waste PS : asking about their ring not GCM Monitor
