Are CGM sensors like Ultrahuman worth it?
I keep getting a lot of ads from Ultrahuman, HealthifyMe etc about their CGM sensors.
Does it really help to lead a fitter lifestyle or is it a thing to try just once?

I mean what really is the use of a monitor that tells you your blood glucose if you aren’t a diabetic?
Always found them to be fake, like what will I do with all those insights. They need to create a free consultation/guide.
