A friend of mine has recently landed a PM role at Zeta. How is the culture and WLB? Also, if anyone knows the notice period? I read online but found nothing. Any insights would be helpful

I came across a opening at zeta and I think I would be a perfect fit for the role, so anyone can refer me? I HAVE 1.6 years of internship experience, I am a 2024 graduate, Right now I am an ML Platform Engineer Intern, I have been with current company since past more than 1 years and before that I was an backend developer intern for 6 months. I am a great learner and know Python, ML, DL, NLP, django, fastapi, javascript. Typescript, go, docker, kubernetes, tensorflow, pytorch, and linux. I can learn any language or tools easily, so if anyone can refer me then it will be great help.I am willing to send my resume in DM.

Which one is better to progress my career? Both are offering similar compensation Good projects Now its just a choice to make I am looking for good learning and personal growth as a developer

Snapshot of profile- Work ex - 6.5 years post MBA from tier 2 Domain: Banking/ Fintech Current role: Senior PM Current comp: 28.5 L Fixed + Bonuses (20% of fixed) Any insights on company’s culture, WLB, growth potential etc. What should be the fixed Pay that I should ask ? Hi I recently got an offer from zeta for platforms team (onboarding team) and wanted to know what kind of work this team does. What I got to know about is mostly infrastructure work but when talked to manager he told me that it will be an SDE role only. Can someone help here giving me the understanding of what kind of work will be there?
