Any clevertap set up experts here? B2C app this side looking for a smart, hardworking data cruncher

Looking for SWE opportunities in Mumbai at product companies. Came accross CleverTap which is a Mumbai based SaaS company. Mainly looking for : - good work and tech - high pay - competent colleagues - good work culture Currently, I’m L63 SWE @Microsoft with a TC of ~90L Can CleverTap provide similar or higher TC. If yes, at what level? Is it a bad career move to switch from Microsoft to a smaller company like CleverTap?

Anyone here or has worked in CleverTap . Know if few people who gave me bad reviews, like the full product team with CPO left in one year during pandemic and lot of senior engineering folks left as well. Recently saw the CEO left too . Any reviews

Which tool should I go ahead with, we currently use webengage and it kind of sucks, support is bad, most of the functionalities are outdated
