Which tool should I go ahead with, we currently use webengage and it kind of sucks, support is bad, most of the functionalities are outdated
Had been using CT since 2019. Initially support was good. But since the past one year, the support from CT team had been really really bad. Our PNs are suffering a lot and we are seeing major funnel drops. We are looking out for better tools in the market. Heard Moengage is very good.
Personally have used and loved MoEngage. I cannot comment on the other 2
Using moengage from last 1 yr, must say their customer support is superb
You should demo Netcore as well. Heard they are good
CleverTap is good as well. Havent had good experience with WebEngage in the past
If you are thinking clevertap, it should add value along with appsflyer else its broken
