I'm working in Bangalore currently and I recently gave an interview at a company in gurgaon and Noida. The salary I have demanded is 25LPA with 5 years of experience as a Devops engineer. Shall I consider looking for more options in other cities?

Help in terms of WLB and compensation UX Designer 4 years Current : 10 LPA Deloitte giving 18 LPA (Location Gurgaon) Coforge giving 20 LPA (Location Gurgaon) Mid size startup 20 LPA (Location Noida) Will I need to negotiate or is this is okaish choice ?

Can i ask for 15 - 17 LPA in the interview? Has anyone got this package other than a AIR or first attempt cleared person? How should i negotiate in the interview to get this package?
