My current company Oracle has 13.5 base pay and some shares eval 7l , Teksystems is offering me 23 base,Should I go for it?

My colleague got a role at TEKsystems with Nike as a client. Can someone throw some light on the work culture, wlb, teams(data), career growth, hikes & benefits in general? What chances of moving into Client role?
