More appropriate analogy would be China invades India, indiscriminately bombs cities, claims a few states, intercepts phones shipment from say Thailand, plants and detonate explosives on devices used by but not limited to government officials, military and medical staff. Imagine that, just one such explosion — heck, even the initial invation — would cause the whole world to sanction China to hell, label it as terrorists. And yet, here we are.
