On the flip side I've also seen companies trying to educate employees and asking them to avail more therapy sessions but they don't
Vicious cycle that needs to break from both ends

a slightly different take on this. numbers might be true, but they don't state the reason behind. what I feel like is it's your health, you've gotta look after it. do whatever it takes to be in that place where you feel healthy in all aspects of your life.
