How to reduce NP/extend Joining Date

My current notice period is 90 days and I have received a joining date of 60 days. How should I explain to HR to extend my joining by 30 more days and when should I inform them about the same?

I've completed the interview, and the HR is asking for documents for the job offer. The issue lies in my official NP of 90 days,whereas during the initial screening, I informed HR that my NP is 60 days and negotiable for one month! The new company wants me to join in 30 days. However, my current manager is not ready to negotiate and insists on the full 90-day notice. I don't know how to inform the HR about the actual NP, i am worried the offer might get revoked! Plz help me TIA

I have put down my papers and my next joining date is 2 days before the last working day as per the notice period in my current org. Is there a way to reduce the notice period by 2 days ? I don’t have any dependencies on me. I have few earned leaves as well. Can I trade them off to shorten the Np or is there a better way ?

All companies are looking for 30/60 days joiners. Even though they themselves have 90 days notice period in their organisation. But let us say if you say to HR that my notice period is 60 days and then get selected, how to manage? How to securely transition from one organisation to another. How to negotiate the notice period effectively?

I am SDE and I joined a company 2.5 months back. I don't like the work that I am doing and the company is far from being profitable+ a huge cash burn + management is not good. I interviewed with some other company and they have offered me a role. On paper it's an upgraded role but they are offering the exact salary as the current one + some esops. Would you accept the offer if you were in my place? Some general info: 1. Hate the work I am doing currently, the knowledge I get here can't be used in other companies. 2. Work is slow, not learning anything new 3. New company seems good from outside till now, have to validate with ex-employees 4. New company has Hybrid work, current is WFO 5. Have another offer which is paying a bit more than the 'new company' but don't want to join it, These guys are not matching the offer sadly

I got offer with 50% hike from accenture and accepted but I did not resigned from tcs yet. Its been a month now Got mail from accenture HR on confirmation on joining date and asking to confirm on the LWD so they shall update DOJ accordingly I have YoE 3 and Ctc 8 What should I do?

I am applying to various companies but after the initial screening they are ghosting me(I guess mainly because of np). Should I quit and apply. I am worried, what if I am not able to get jobs after 90 days. I have more than 2 years of experience. I don't have any financial dependency. Suppose you promised to join a company on X date, but there are chances of landing an even better offer in X+10 days, how do you push the joining date at the former company?

I’m an APM with total exp of 5 years and 3 years of exp in Product. Current CTC : 14-16 Tier 2 University/College How much should my ask be, while applying for jobs that could be considered a safe number in terms of CTC? Want to gauge before applying since expected CTC is a mandatory question while applying for more jobs. Also, my org. without my consent has increased my notice period from 30 to 60 days - I’m sure everyone wants an immediate joiner but what would be an ideal notice period range which I should state.
