Need advice on role switch

Any experienced azure data engineer who can help me..i want to switch my career to data engineering..learnt basics of azure services bt now stuck confused ....donno how to move forward

I got stuck at Infosys.I worked very Hard in the project but still didn't get any appraisal and progression. Can anyone suggest how to switch from Infosys.

I am currently in RPA domain and it’s seems it doesn’t have potential for a good package (Above 30LPA) due to which I am planning to shift to azure data engineering role. I want to switch my role to a Data Engineering job as my current role is not having enough job opportunities outside. I am planning to learn tools on Data Engineering. Like the Data Frameworks: Airflow,SSIS,Azure Factory And Dataworks like Snowflake,Databricks,Postgres I need some guidance on which tool to start learning and if I plan to learn these tools for the next 6 months. Is it possible to crack the interviews....this is my 1st switch to a new company. Can anyone pls suggest which framework, Dataworks tool i need to start and has high possibility for getting switch to new company. If possible can you pls share the learning path 🙏🙏🙏. Hi all Currently working In Capgemini with package of 4.5lpa With 1.5+Year Of Experience Current skills: Sql, Python(Basic) , Pyspark, Azure Data Bricks I have Certification Like az900,DP203 Want to switch by the end of the Year 2024 What skill should I learn more to get more package 10+ package And also want to get In product base company but don’t know should I learn DSA or No if Yes then what topic should I learn Please Guide me Thank you

Can someone please help me to know which company would be better to switch to if you are new to Azure Data Engineering and making switch from different support domain. I have 3 YOE and current salary is 6.5CTC. And how much i should expect with the current experience?
