Cultural Fit Round

I recently got a call for an interview at the urban company. Want really brutally honest opinion about the following things 1) culture of the company 2) CTC for a category manager - would love if someone can tell the inhand salary 3) work life balance

To all the senior level employees here. Why do companies take so many rounds of interviews? Why can't they judge based on 2 rounds of interviews - 1 DSA and projects and other on System Design. The first round is any way a bogus round I feel. Years of education, work experiences and still it doesn't say anything about my qualifications. Also, all the rounds have same questions - Leetcode medium. Then how the fuck they are helping in final decision? Any lights upon these.

I've reached the culture round in the interview process. Does this mean I've cleared the technical rounds? Is there still a chance of being rejected even after receiving positive feedback on my design assignment?

I am applying for the role of chief of staff for a startup. I already am currently swamped with work. They have shared the details regarding the hiring process. Do you guys feel that the hiring process looks very time consuming? Or is it normal for such roles?

What are some of the question I can expect?

I recently started interviewing after a period of about 5 years and I am very surprised about the change in the way interviews are conducted these days. I have now interviewed for few companies like Sitetracker, Avance Clinical, Iron Mountain and expedite commerce and each organisation had their first round as a fit check round which i’m unable to clear. Can you guys share some tips around it.

I am currently working for Walmart as an IN 3. I am interviewing for new relic this Saturday. I am earning 32 Lpa with 21 base Is it worth interviewing and joining this company? If yes what kind of questions can I expect in the interview? I had an online test with some mcqs and 2 dsa questions. 1 was easy and the other was medium. HR sent me this Kindly note candidates will have 2 rounds of technical discussion and 1 HR round 1. Problem-Solving Skills and Situation based scenarios 2. Candidate experience in his/her projects and executions 3. Overall candidate performances in terms of communication, ownership & commitment, and coding skills If anyone has already interviewed for new relic or if knows what kind of questions can we expect. Please do share them. Also how much compensation can i expect?
