I personally don't know someone working there right now, but have met with a few people who worked there earlier (IITD graduates from mid 2010s). They definitely were smart folks, and at the time regarded Tower Research well, they worked there for many years.

So, do you folks recommend it?
The friend is currently working at a multinational logistics company as an SDET with a healthy pay at ~3 YOE.
