Air Pollution in Delhi - Hazardous health impact.

Hearing some chatter about pollution in ncr and Delhi. How bad is it? Any first hand stories ? Also how are the privileged diggaj log of grapevine dealing with it?

I have 9+ years of experience in Software Development and Managing teams at scale. I’m in Bengaluru from last 5 years and before that I was in Mumbai for 4 years. Now I’m planning to relocate to Noida, due to following reasons: - Want to stay relatively nearer to my home town(UP) - Want to be accessible for my family and relatives, when they need me the most - Want to enjoy North Indian aspect of living - Want my kid to raise in North Indian environment I need suggestions in two things - Does Noida is a right choice considering my home town is in UP? - Which Noida sector is developed, have better infrastructure and all the basic necessities are nearby? - Which companies pay almost in similar range comparatively to Bengaluru or Hyderabad? - Any other thing that I should be aware of? Thanks for the help!

How can a person protect oneself from such air?

To all the people of Delhi, does the 999 AQI bother you? Or have we become complacent with chalta hai attitude? Because I don't see any protest on the streets , Demand for WFH or policy changes by state or center. Are we okay risking our life and shortening our lifespan in gas chambers?

Recently moved to Bengaluru and the pollution is much more noticeable here. I know all about AQI but that's an average. On the roads and in colonies the pollution is unbelievable especially from buses that are always spewing black smoke. Especially in residential areas, garbage is burned every day.

I recently got an offer and am planning to move to Gurgaon. I was trying to find an opportunity in Bangalore because I love this place, or maybe it’s just change I detest. But nothing worked out and here I am. Has anyone made the same move? Or maybe vice versa? Which place do you think is better and why?

Which cities in India have you lived in? Which one did you like the best? Where did you find the best people? Which city is best for hustle for 25-30 year olds? Any perspective on any city is welcome here. Curious to hear what people have to say. Thanks in advance.

Curious how you folks tackle it. I’m almost allergic to this, and makes my life miserable at this time of the year. Air purifiers? No stepping out? Windows shut? Would be helpful to know
