Looking for a Location Change

I got a good placement from my college with decent package and good job role. But I want to change my work location i.e. Hyd to Gurugram or Delhi NCR. I am yet to receive an interview or call from north . I’ve never applied for off campus and feel like I lack in that department. Please tell what to follow.

I am switching company after doing 2 years of experience and I am from Rajasthan. I have 2 options of location 1. Pune 2. Gurgaon Help me choose between these 2 and advice/suggest anything related to these locations. Pros and Cons of living, renting, food wise, etc.

Hello. I'm a Software Engineer with 3.3 years of Experience currently based out of Bengaluru. Been having a rough patch at my current company which also happens to be my first company right out of college. Owing to few changes that they've implemented lately, the work culture here seems to have taken a hit which has made me look for new opportunities. I’m a 2023 graduate working as a SDE in a Product Based Company In Bangalore. My CTC is 8LPA around 55k hits my bank account. In next 5 months I’ll have 1 yr of experience. I want to switch after 5 months (After Hike) to a Product Based Company in Delhi NCR. Which companies to target? Also how much CTC should I expect? Why Delhi NCR? My family lives here and I constantly feel I’m missing out on quality time with the people I love so I wanna move back. PS: I’m thinking not to go for a CTC below 10LPA

I'm a resident of Karnataka, I'm unemployed currently, i thought I would get offers in Bangalore (still giving interviews). This gurgaon offer came along. They want me to do the hybrid model to the gurgaon office. Not sure what to do. Exp; 5 CTC: 23, 20 base + bonus
