How to earn around 30-40k rupees in a month without a regular job?

I am software engineer with 2 years of experience. I am not from NIT IIT no MBA no Mtech. I have seen a culture where talent guy from lower college background get paid less than the industry standard. I have no money to go for higher studies can’t take the risk that can hang my live to nowhere. So Is there any way to earn more without being from IIT NIT Mtech MBA?

I have the worst luck anyone could imagine. Recently joined new org, the project for which I was hired got shut down and now I am being moved to a role which is not at all what I signed up for. Currently working in Supply Chain Management specifically Warehouse Management. I am so fed up with this on floor roles. Want to work in role where I get to use my brain. Going to learn programming. No idea how to start. Can someone help me in finding a path to a better job. For me a better job is anything that pays more than 7LPA which is remote and the skills required are in demand and can be learnt in few months. Thanks in Advance.

I am Fresher completing college in 2022, non engg, Went through a full Stack web dev course in MERN stack from a popular coding bootcamp. Now have around 6 months experience as a freelancer in product based startups. Currently earning around 35-40k per month remotely with actively looking for Full Time opportunities with atleast 5-6LPA. Looking at current market conditions it's becoming very difficult to get it. I did get few offers all around 3.5LPA. Last year my peers were getting 6-7LPA easily with my skills and background as fresher. Any suggestions from your side. Also if anyone hiring with my skill sets please let me know.

Hi, I am a software engineer with around 4 years of experience working in a small service based company. My current salary is 8.4lpa. I am working on Magento 2. I have basic knowledge in React Js. No DSA or System Design knowledge. How can acheive my goal of making 24lpa within 1 year. Can anyone give me the path which I can follow to acheive my goal? Thanks

I am from a tier 3 college, going to graduate in 2024. With all these layoffs, recession scene going on I am completely stressed out. My college started pretty late, I am in third year within just 1 year of offline college and 1 year of online. Didn't really get time to learn and explore initially, I haven't done much development neither LeetCode, I feel like I am effed now. What and how should I start getting a grip on things? I have done basic HTML, CSS, know python and basics of JS plus Java, C and C++. I really want some guidance on how to proceed ahead with learning development, I really want a job and get out of my toxic household.

College dropout, 4 years of experience in software dev, stuck at 45k a month in a small foreign startup. Highly skilled, but not getting interview calls from top companies (applying on linkedin). Even when I get interviews, companies ask for my salary expectations and then ask about my current salary. If I say 20 LPA, I don't have the current salary to back this demand.
