OPENING A CLOUD KITCHEN

Hello, I am a student at one of the IIMs following the IPM degree, which is a five-year curriculum. I intend to construct a cloud kitchen centered solely on the hero product and variations around it. I'm here to ask for ideas that will help me with idea . Currently registration process is going on. If anyone has any experience, I'd love to hear it.thankyou

Congratulations!! I don't have any experience but I think keeping overhead costs low will help sustain and standardise recepies with ingredients to weight will help you tackle Chef issues.

UPDATES REGARDING CLOUD KITCHEN

Hello everyone,I hope you remember me. I am a student studying at one of the IIMs. Yesterday was my first day of opening a cloud kitchen on Swiggy, Zomato, and Thrive.I received 0 orders from Zomato and Thrive, but I got 3 orders on Swiggy (2 from friends and family). One order was organic, which I suppose is at break-even (they share detailed stats after a week).The reviews I received are as follows:Packaging: Looks clean and gives the impression of a healthy place to order from.Food: Customers wanted more quantity and a little more spice. I think I can adjust that.But my main question is, how can I attract more customers? I am already offering the maximum discounts. Thanks for any advice and help!😃

Some sustainable income streams in tier 2/3 cities in India?

What if I have close to 10 lakhs + in cash. Can I start something in these cities which can at least generate a monthly income of 40/50k for a sustainable long term. If not what’s the capital needed? Please note I don’t have any business prior expertise Uncertainty in tech sector has left me stressed. I need a minimum of 45-50k to sustain. I need some ideas. Lets discuss.
