There's companies with a relaxed & positive culture like much of the FAANGs, InMobi, Intuit, freshworks, Flipkart, Walmart.

Most companies will give you an average amount of work.

And there's toxic places that expect you to work 12+ hours a day like Ninjacart.

Ask around before you join a company.
