Anyone else noticing all the ChatGPT in job applications?

Folks who are hiring for jobs that require ideating or writing, have you noticed the extensive use of ChatGPT in application responses? Once we recieve job applications, we send out 4 simple questions to shortlisted candidates. What surprised us is the over use of ChatGPT in most assignments. And not just for minor tweaking or to add a finishing touch—some answers are clearly generated directly by ChatGPT (one even included this phrase ""As an AI language model, I suggest...""). And this was for an experienced role. How are other recruiters addressing this challenge? And how are applicants making use of ChatGPT in their responses?

Using AI/Chatgpt in coding interviews!

Hi, Has anyone tried using AI tools or ChatGPT during interviews? I have seen my friends doing so, but I am unsure how feasible it is! Most of the coding questions are lengthy paragraphs, and when we type them into ChatGPT, it takes a longer time. Even for normal technical questions, there is a lag between asking ChatGPT, receiving an answer and presenting that to the interviewer. Have any of you successfully used ChatGPT to ace technical interviews? Share your experiences. P.S.: Yes, there is an unethical aspect to it, I agree! But a small attempt won't hurt, right? Please don't curse me!

Chat GPT is getting dangerously perfect

I have around 8 years of active development work experience across multiple stacks, both front end and backend. From past 6 months I have been using GPT as assistant and must say it’s getting dangerously perfect . We are now able to do projects at almost half the cost. There has literally been no hiring done for 6 months without affecting productivity a bit. I wonder how many days before it takes over half the jobs in tech including mine.
