Exit Options After 2 Years at MBB
Burned out but don’t want to join another consultancy. Do product roles value MBB experience?
The work hours are catching on, don't want to do 70hrs+ weeks. The promotion at 2 yr mark is also difficult (over hiring in our batch, not enough demand + not exceptional performance at my end). Doesn't make sense to stick around for another year at current comp and workload
What are some exit options in the current market? How should I think about evaluating the career move

Switch to consulting roles in Middle East/ UAE (if you want to continue in consulting). Kearney/Strategy& was hiring a while back. Don’t know the situation now.
Are there actually not a lot of good exit opportunities for 2+ exp MBB folks in this market? The comments make it seem so. Hard to believe.
Don't most MBB folks leave after 2 years? What are the usual opportunities that aren't available right now?
