Notice period: 3months

I am getting calls from the recruitment team but my notice period is 3 months & I'm not serving it. But companies require a person who can join in a month or 2 months. What should i do How should I handle a 3 month notice period.

I am working in Capgemini. I have 2 yoe experience. Wherever i apply either they skip my profile or HR rejects it when she/ he hears of 3 months notice period. Is there any suggestions how to handle this problem. Why every company needs employees immediate but they have 1-3 months compulsory notice period.

Which Companies hiring 3 months notice period candidates

Some well known companies reject potential candidates because notice period at their current organisation is >1 month, but they themselves have 2-3 months of notice period ⚔️ In my opinion, how a company treats an employee after they've resigned relatively tells more about the culture than onboarding/interviewing 🥴

90 days notice period is such a turn down. Most of the companies reject a legit candidate seeing that previous organisation has long notice period. What should be the best approach to handle this situation?
