Finding new ways to stop promotions at EY GDS Assurance

Leadership at EY GDS Assurance has found new ways to stop promotions at Executive levels (SM to ED and ED to Partner). They would now not consider whatever things you have done in the past but now is adamant that one should go for a onshore rotation or move to the most unappreciated team i.e. AQS. Things now have gone from bad to worse and favouritism is at its peak. Once the policy is officially out there will be a mass resignation planned to display displeasure against this backward move.
