Itching to start an academical journey - Suggestions?

I’ve been considering doing an MBA solely for the reason that my undergrad (BA Mass communications) wasn’t challenging/interesting enough for me and I hardly attended classes. I’ve always been academically focused and tbh I’ve loved the process. Now I’ve decided not to do the MBA for now but I’m really looking to pick up something that’ll help me learn, keep busy and most importantly challenge me. I work in deep tech, so I do a lot of reading in my free time which mostly covers technical white papers, documentations, case studies, etc but this is for work and not for self satisfaction. I’ve been looking at blended programs from different business schools but they’re really pricey, so I’m not sure if it’ll be a wise choice to put myself in debt for that experience for a mere certificate. Been looking into fellowships as well. Do any of you have any suggestions/experience with any courses? (I’m not very happy with Stoa or GrowthX. Not exactly academic)

B Schools in India work as a glorified placement agency (every college has a placement committee which can override any rule) Apart from that minor convenience, a 2 year residential MBA is the most entertaining/learning opportunity. It's not just a certificate, but a brand. You have unlimited access to your alumni (older colleges have alumni at CXO positions). So even for blended programs, I would suggest going for a known brand. I recently completed an ISB Product Management course and it was fun (except for the hectic schedule and weekly assignment deadlines) From the debt point of view, ask your HR if they have a learning and development budget. Btw what exactly do you do in deep tech? Do let me know if you need a detailed feedback on the ISB PM course.
