Does anyone know how accenture is doing onboarding for laterals?

Hi guys, How is the onboarding happening in Accenture. Is it virtual or physical?

Accenture is providing virtual joining or do we have to report in office. After joining is it compulsory to come to office and work for 5 days from office. Could somebody please let me know.

When will Accenture give on boarding to the candidates. Recently , I heard that the Company is giving most of the on boarding process quickly to girls only. Is there a rightful reason behind it ? What about the boys who are on the same level but seeing their peers going to the company and earning salaries but they are staying at home ?

I have received offer letter from Accenture but with Bangalore location. I need Pune location. Will they change location in my offer? Can I change my location after joining? Please help as this is urgent.

Current status shows interviews completed on workday site, Hr asked to upload just 3 months salary slip and pancard, how much time it takes to hear back from them? Right now hr is not picking up the calls. Please tell if you have experienced the same. Thanks
