I keep my socializing or drinking to a level where it doesn't impact my work. If it starts impacting work, I cut down on the amount of socializing and drinking. 
  
 Balance is the key to a good life. A little bit of everything, but not too much of anything, including socializing, drinking, or fun.

Hi , wondering if there are people like me who struggle with in their jobs because they end up drunk on weekdays.

My issue is once I start drinking I don't stop and am unable to go to office because of the anxiety of hangovers in the morning.

I have had episodes where I stoned and due to not sleeping on time got a lazy image at work . 

How do you guys manage a social life and be fresh enough to show up at work .
