ML Freshers Job Market

Hey everyone I am currently in final year, doing my bachelor's in CS and majoring in AI ML. I have some projects under me like music generation using lstm and sentimental analysis of social media under me. I am also working on a project called Source code vulnerability detection. I am open to both internships and job offers. If anyone knows, any company is hiring please let me know as I haven't have much luck in my on campus placement( primarily because not many companies are visiting for AI/ML roles). As a fresher I am confused on what Carrier path to take. I have 2 internship experience one was in data science and another one in ML Engeneering. So iam confused on what should I pursue. How many paths are there available like Software dev/ data analyst? Can one switch paths later after gaining some experience? Which job role will be good in few year? Can you guys shed some light on these queries?

Currently I am in college 3rd year(EEE). Since there aren't really many jobs in EEE. I decided to pursue my carrier in software. So far I have learned full stack development and built some small websites to. Since the internship season is coming I have applied for a lot of postions on various websites but not really getting any replies. So my question is should i continue grinding the full stack devlopment even though competition is at all time high(saw 2000+ applications for 1 intern postion 🤡) and fear of AI(DEVIN) Study AI/Ml since it's the trending topic. But there aren't many postions jn india Learn web3(solana +rust). Many people are telling there is no future in it. But I saw some of my frnds printing money in this tech So senior software enginnering please 🙏 help your fellow junior

Hey everyone, happy to answer any questions around Data Science/ML/AI and making a career within it A brief about me, I work currently as a Sr. ML Engineer at an Indian unicorn startup I graduated 5+ years ago and have since worked as a Data Scientist / ML Engineer at an ecommerce company and social media company. My designations have changed based on the industry requirements and work too changed based on that. Hi Everyone, After Amazon 6 months Intern, Few months back I have joined another MNC, the company culture is quite good, they offer Work from Anywhere but I am not getting good quality of work. Mostly getting bug fixing or some small feature implementation. I feel like I am not learning anything new. Can you guys suggest me what should I do in this situation as a new grad. Also considering the current market situation.

Hello everyone, I am an ML Engineer Intern and have been doing full time internship since past 1.5 years, will be completing one year in June at current company, so the thing is I will be graduating in 10 days and the company is still not talking about PPO, so what should I do now? I don't have another offer as I did not sit for on campus placement because no good companies were coming and I am earning more or approximately equal to most of the companies paying for full time in college. Now I am a bit scared as I will be graduating and still don't have a full time offer, I am the guy in college where everyone used to tell that I will grab the highest package and here I am in this uncertainty whether I will get full time offer from current company or not. I have worked very hard, even worked late nights and even on weekends and still they are bot talking about PPO and I am applying off campus but there are not many openings for freshers or 2024 graduate even though I have more practical knowledge and skills, so what should I do now, continue as an intern till I get full time or what should I do? I know Python, ML, DL, NLP, tensorflow, pytorch, django, javascript, GO, Docker, linux and I am a very good learner too. So if anyone of you can help then it will be good, I have posted before also on this platform but have not received any help, though got couple of referral but they were of other profile or required more experience and hence got rejected without even an OA. So please refer me or give advice what should I do next?

I am an ML enthusiast and have been learning Reinforcement Learning and other Algorithms to shift my profile to ML engineer. But as soon as I started applying for jobs, every job is looking for people who have experience in GENAI, LLMs, etc. So I want to know, how can I become one?

Hey community, I'm a Fresher just graduated from a reputed NIT in May, and I've been laid off because of "management reasons" from a reputed MNC. My role therein was of an ML Engineer. I have about 5 months of experience and I'm looking for a role in data analytics or something similar. I'm currently in Bengaluru but I'm open to relocate anywhere. If there is anything that can be done to help me please please let me know. I'm new to the tech industry and I really am lacking a mentor. My pay at the previous company was about 11.5 lpa.
